Position Purpose

Captures digital video of student presentations and uploads/posts to Tuck network in an efficient manner for student and instructor review. Provides video and editing support for special projects as needed.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Ability to understand instructions and communicate as needed.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge and comfort with operating video equipment and formatting video.
  • Adherence to processes and procedures along with a strong understanding of production and post-production video workflow.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Windows software and Apple OS environments.
  • Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
Minimum Experience
  • Experience with video capture, computers and software applications; mobile technologies (Android, Apple IOS and Microsoft Windows devices); and familiarity with inherent issues in running multimedia within these environments.
Minimum Education
  • High school graduate.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Using standard industry practices for digital video capture, operates camcorders to capture individual students and group presentations for Tuck MBA courses.
  • Ensures video contains appropriate content and formatting.
  • Organizes equipment and ensures equipment is in operating condition; troubleshoots as needed.
  • Uses Adobe and other industry standard software to edit and format digital files for appropriate audience requirements.
  • Uploads and posts content to web and Tuck network.
  • Using industry standard digital video workflow, ensures proper storage, revival and archiving of digital files.
  • Enhances digital video workflow process to ensure students have easy access and the process is simple and intuitive.
