Position Purpose

Enrollment Managers assist with the evaluation, selection, and enrollment of a diverse and outstanding class.

  • Strong intuitive skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience and judgement.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make fact-based recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.

Minimum Experience
  • At least two years’ experience in a field that offers exposure to MBAs and pre-MBAs; for example, consulting, finance, marketing, etc. or in admissions or recruiting.
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.

Admissions Support

  • Reviews and evaluates applicant files; plans and manages file reviews to ensure firm deadlines are met.
  • Participates in Admissions Committee.
  • Interviews applicants.
  • Answers admitted students’ questions.
  • Assists with yield activities.
  • Helps develop future applications.
  • Provides feedback to denied applicants.
  • Assists with marketing and outreach efforts.
  • May include some limited travel.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others.

  • Because a significant portion of the file review is done from home, the work schedule can be very flexible.
