ABOUT TUCK BUSINESS BRIDGE PROGRAM

The Tuck Business Bridge Program is a uniquely immersive and transformative program designed as a short-term, intensive business education program to teach practical, marketable business skills to top liberal arts, science, and engineering undergraduates. Students pursue a number of critical business areas – accounting, finance, managerial economics, marketing, strategy, and management communication, which allow development of the analytical tools necessary for success in entering early-stage professional careers. Bridge courses are taught by leading Tuck faculty, who have made Tuck one of the top management schools in the world. Approximately 5,000 undergraduates have attended Bridge since its inception in 1997, and approximately 400 students will participate in a Tuck Bridge Program each year.

Position Purpose

Manages a variety of programmatic and promotional functions and actively supports developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the Tuck Business Bridge programs. Contributes to an outstanding Tuck Bridge team to ensure that program and admissions goals are achieved and that program delivery yields the highest possible level of participant satisfaction.

• Proficiency with web and social media analytics.

• Proficient with office software, content management systems, database systems, design software and related software.

Minimum Experience

• Familiar with higher education administration or other similar work environment.
• Experience in program management, education marketing or admissions/recruiting.
• Experience in social media marketing and/or email campaigns.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field, or the equivalent in education and experience.
• Master’s degree desirable in a field of study related to business, marketing or education management.

• Collaborates with Director to develop and implement overall marketing and brand strategy for the Tuck Business Bridge Program; executes strategic plan across all channels of communications including web, print, social media, events and public relations.
• Manages all social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes. Analyzes marketing data and metrics to understand and drive the value of using various channels.
• Oversees projects; creates marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional material, videos and advertising.
• Prepares internal communication documents such as reports, presentation decks, talking points and marketing templates for Bridge team and Tuck senior leadership.
• Manages digital content creation, including, but not limited to, text, video, images, blog posts and multimedia files for website, social media sites and other digital channels.
• Designs and delivers digital email campaigns; tracks and evaluates metrics of campaign success.
• Supports recruiting and marketing efforts; hosts campus visits for information sessions and conducts interviews.
• Provides administrative, logistical, and project support to Bridge colleagues, and program coordination support during periods of peak program delivery.
• Reviews and evaluates program applications as a key member of the Bridge Admissions Committee.
• Represents the Bridge Program on relevant committees, working groups, and task forces.
• Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others.
