PROGRAM DELIVERY COORDINATOR
Coordinates successful delivery of business education programs according to plans determined by Director of Program Delivery, ensuring participants have a personal, connected, and transformative educational experience. Contributes to an outstanding business education program delivery team that is integral to Tuck’s distinct learning community that creates, teaches, and applies life-changing knowledge.

Minimum Experience

COORDINATOR
• Experience coordinating events for demanding internal or external clients.
• Experience contributing to a high performing team with a track record of outstanding results.

MANAGER
• Experience managing complex events for demanding internal and external clients.
• Experience in hospitality or other similar guest services organization.
• Experience contributing to a high performing team with a track record of outstanding results.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
• Experience planning and managing complex events for exceptionally demanding internal and external clients, preferably at a top-ranked academic institution.
• Experience in hospitality or other similar guest services organization.
• Experience contributing to a high performing team with a track record of outstanding results.

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in event management, hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, or similar field, or the equivalent in education and experience.

COORDINATOR
• Contributes ideas and suggestions to new program proposal process.
• Reviews and provides input to program delivery plans and associated service agreements.
• Provides updates to Director for master program delivery calendar.
• Coordinates all aspects of program delivery according to plans determined by Director, including participant enrollment; teaching materials; travel, lodging, transfers, and meals; facilities and equipment; participant issue resolution; participant survey administration and data collection; and any other arrangements or activities that ensure an optimal participant experience. Utilizes approved vendors according to program delivery plans and contracts.
• Supervises pertinent work of temporary support staff.
• Processes financial transactions related to program delivery with Finance Office, including tuition, scholarship, and sponsorship receivables, and payables.
• Assists colleagues in staffing their programs while underway.
• Cultivates high touch service culture that emphasizes responsiveness to and support of client organizations, program participants, colleagues, and other constituents.
• Uses technology resources, including client relationship management systems, learning management systems, classroom equipment, and participant survey tools.
• Complies with legal, financial, professional, and institutional policies, regulations, guidelines, procedures, and standards of practice.
• Represents team on institutional committees, working groups, and task forces. Updates team on progress of these activities and supports team members’ collaborations across Tuck.
