8am-3pm M-F on-call basis approximately 15 weeks/yr Occasional evenings, weekends throughout the year. All shifts subject to change as necessary. Position Purpose

Provide high level of service for various upscale events at Tuck Dining Services, i.e. buffet, plated dinners, receptions.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with other waitstaff and work as a member of a team with a common goal.
  • Knowledge of wine and bartending skills.
  • Ability to follow direction and adjust to last minute changes.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20lbs.
Minimum Experience
  • Prior waitstaff experience in an upscale environment.
Minimum Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Perform bar set up and service.
  • Assist catering team with set up, service and clean up of each catered event.
