This is a temporary position. The number of hours/week varies. Schedule: Monday - Friday, some evenings and weekends may be required. Position Purpose

To cover various clerical and fullfilment projects as needed.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Some previous basic office experience.
  • MS Office skills highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain consistent quality at production levels established by DPMS.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and operational procedures relating bindery equipment and willingness to learn other printing functions.
  • Thorough knowledge of problem solving skills and a team player attributes, and adheres to all safety standards.
  • Signs Confidential and/or Privileged Information Agreement.
  • Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
Minimum Experience
  • Four years of experience operating various printing and bindery equipment.
Minimum Education
  • High School graduate, some college credits preferred.

  • Support Copy Center.
  • Support Mail Services.
  • Support Printing Services.
  • Performs and is responsible for manual and machine tasks in set up, maintenance and operations of cutter, collator, perforate/score/number machine, folders, stitchers, etc. and various other bindery hand operations.
